Radonova Laboratories will participate as a gold sponsor at CARST’s annual conference, taking place from April 23–27 in Québec, Canada.
CARST (Canadian Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists) is an industry organization with over 300 members, including companies like Radonova. The organization works to raise awareness about radon and its health risks across Canada. The annual conference is the largest Canadian gathering for experts and professionals in the radon industry, providing a key platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration.
As part of its participation, Radonova will showcase its radon detectors and instruments during the event’s “Meet and Greet” session and the two-day exhibition. Additionally, Radonova’s expert Vanda Jakabová will present her research, “Radon Mitigation in Swedish Single-Family Houses: A Decade of Progress.” The study compares data from two periods (2007–2012 and 2019–2024) to analyze trends in radon measurement and mitigation efforts in Sweden.
“The CARST conference is the premier event for radon industry experts, speakers, and stakeholders committed to raising radon awareness in Canada. Our participation is an essential part of our mission to share knowledge about radon and the available solutions to reduce its impact on human health,” says Zan Jones, Radonova’s North America representative.
