Radtrak²® – For long-term monitoring

Radtrak²® is a passive alpha track detector used to measure radon in the air over 2-6 months. The measurement range for the detector allows you to monitor radon levels from as little as 15 Bq/m3 right up to 25,000 Bq/m3 over a 3-month period. The detector can withstand harsh conditions and is not sensitive to impact.

Use the detector for all types of application. Everything from measuring in homes to monitoring workplaces where you are looking for the annual average concentration of radon indoors. It is also used for radon analyses on international projects, and for radon dosimetry where radon doses are measured in individuals.

Rapidos® – For short-term and outdoor monitoring

Rapidos® is a passive alpha track detector. Use it for short-term monitoring of indoor air for between 7 and 10 days. Also use it for long-term monitoring of low radon levels in outdoor settings. For these applications, we use our Rapidos® High Sensitive with extra-clean film.

The measurement range for Rapidos® allows you to monitor radon levels from as little as 50 Bq/m3 right up to 150,000 Bq/m3 over a 7-day period. The detector can withstand harsh conditions and is not sensitive to impact. In 3 months’ monitoring with Rapidos® High Sensitive you can measure right down to 5 Bq/m3.

Duotrak® – For monitoring during working hours

Duotrak® allows you to measure in two positions with different sensor films. Use the monitors from 3 weeks to 3 months. The detector also gives you unique facilities to measure radon levels in workplaces both during and outside working hours and will also obtain two different values. Use the detectors for annual or average measurements. Or for instant readings. The minimum time it needs to be in one position is 120 hours. The wide measurement range for the detector means that you can monitor radon levels from as little as 15 Bq/m3 right up to 25,000 Bq/m3 over a 3-month period.
